Return Window

You have 30 days from the delivery date to initiate a return. Items must be in their original condition with all original packaging, tags, and accessories.

Tip: We recommend keeping your original packaging for at least 30 days after delivery in case you need to make a return.

Return Conditions

Items We Accept for Return

  • Unused items in original condition
  • Items in original packaging with all tags/labels attached
  • Products with all original accessories and manuals
  • Defective or damaged items (with photos)
  • Wrong item shipped (our error)

Items We Cannot Accept

  • Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear
  • Items without original packaging or tags
  • Items returned after 30 days
  • Personalized or custom-ordered items
  • Final sale or clearance items (if marked as such)

How to Initiate a Return

Contact Us

Email us at contact@maresmarket.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for return
  • Photos (if defective/damaged)

Get Return Authorization

We'll review your request and send you a return authorization (RA) number along with return shipping instructions within 1-2 business days.

Ship the Item Back

Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided. Include your RA number on the outside of the package.

Receive Your Refund

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 3-5 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Return Shipping Costs

Defective or Wrong Item (Our Error)

We'll provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.

Change of Mind Returns

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return arrives safely.

Refund Timeline

Processing: 3-5 business days after we receive your return

Bank Processing: 5-10 additional business days (depending on your bank)

You'll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed. The refund will appear as a credit to your original payment method.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you need.
