All orders ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx Ground depending on the product and vendor location.

  • Saturday delivery may be available in some areas

We currently ship to addresses in the 48 contiguous United States.

Important: We do not ship to PO Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, or US territories at this time. All orders must ship to a valid physical street address.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Package Not Arrived?

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package:

  • Check with neighbors or building management
  • Look around your delivery location (porches, side doors, garages)
  • Wait 24 hours (sometimes marked delivered early)
  • Contact the carrier directly to file a claim
  • Email us at contact@maresmarket.com with your order number

Damaged in Transit?

If your package arrives damaged:

  • Take photos of the damaged packaging and product
  • Keep all packaging materials
  • Contact us immediately at contact@maresmarket.com
  • Include your order number and photos

We'll work with you and the vendor to resolve the issue quickly.
